Join Mimocodes as a Senior UI/UX Designer and take ownership of the full design lifecycle across our product portfolio — from payment platforms and fintech solutions to Smart TV & OTT streaming apps, web platforms, mobile applications, and internal dashboards. You'll work closely with product managers and developers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, visually refined experiences that inspire trust and delight users across every screen size and platform.

• Lead end-to-end UX design: user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI.
• Design across multiple platforms — payment dashboards, Smart TV / OTT apps, web, mobile, and internal tools.
• Translate complex fintech workflows (merchant onboarding, payout flows, payment orchestration) into simple, trust-inspiring interfaces.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries in Figma.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-accurate implementation.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and data.
• Define and uphold UI/UX standards and best practices across the team.
• Mentor junior designers and review their work.
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders clearly and confidently.

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across web, mobile, and complex product interfaces.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
• Proven experience designing for fintech or payment products — merchant dashboards, payment flows, onboarding, KYC, transaction management, or payout interfaces.
• Familiarity with payment concepts such as merchant management systems (MMS), payout workflows, and payment orchestration platforms.
• Ability to simplify complex financial flows into clean, trust-inspiring user experiences.
• Experience designing for 10-foot / TV interfaces is a strong plus.
• Solid eye for typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Graphic design skills are a plus (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
